What are the responsibilities and job description for the Swimming Pool Sales and Design Manager position at Carolina Creations RDU, Inc?
We are searching for a high-performing salesperson with Swimming Pool knowledge to lead our Sales and Design division. This role requires someone that can meet with prospective buyers on-site to assess their needs, evaluate yard topography, and estimate and present pool designs.
Industry Experience: 2 years of proven sales experience, specifically in pools, or outdoor construction.
Technical Experience: Familiarity with 3D design software (Structure Studios), CRM systems, and reading site plans
Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build trust, communicate effectively, and confidently guide clients through six-figure investments.
Organization: Ability to balance multiple leads, proposals, and active projects simultaneously.
Valid Driver’s License: Required for on-site client visits and property evaluations
This role involves meeting with clients to help them design their swimming pool or outdoor living project, using Structure Studios to design their project, estimating through our CRM software, and obtaining all permitting while keeping the client up to date on all timelines. This role also requires a smooth hand off to the construction and project management teams.
