Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Therapist to join our faith- based counseling team. The ideal candidate will provide support and guidance individuals facing various mental health challenges. We are looking for a therapist that feels comfortable intergrating Christianity into the therapeutic setting. This role requires a strong understanding of therapeutic techniques and the ability to create a safe and supportive environment for clients. The Therapist will work collaboratively with clients to develop treatment plans, facilitate counseling sessions, and monitor progress towards their goals.
Duties
- Conduct individual sessions to address clients' mental health needs.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on clinical assessments.
- Utilize crisis intervention techniques to support clients in distressing situations.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Skills
The successful candidate will possess the following skills:
- Experience or training in Christian counseling approaches is a plus.
- Knowledge of clinical counseling practices and theories.
- Skills in counseling techniques that promote client engagement and healing.
