Customer Service Representative (E-commerce)
Fast-Growing Online Brand
We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a fast-growing e-commerce team based in High Point, NC. This is an on-site role, Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. If you communicate clearly, move quickly, and genuinely enjoy helping customers, this is your chance to join a team where your impact is real and your growth is supported.
What You’ll Be Doing
Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat
- Assist customers with placing orders over the phone
- Resolve issues quickly and professionally (orders, shipping, general questions)
- Work inside platforms like Gorgias, Zendesk, or similar tools (no experience? we’ll train you)
- Keep communication clear, professional, and on point
- Support the team wherever needed, this is a team-first environment
- Use Excel (basic level) for simple tracking and organization
