Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Paving Crew Foreman to lead and oversee paving projects on construction sites. The ideal candidate will possess strong construction management skills, extensive site experience, and the ability to supervise and coordinate a paving crew effectively. This role requires a thorough understanding of construction processes, safety protocols, and project scheduling to ensure timely and quality project completion.

Duties

• Lead and supervise paving crew, ensuring safety standards and project specifications are met
• Coordinate daily operations on construction sites, including material delivery, equipment setup, and task assignments
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to guide paving activities
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and enforce safety protocols across the site
• Conduct quality control inspections to maintain high standards of work
• Oversee subcontractors and manage contracts related to paving projects

Skills

• Proven experience in construction management with a focus on paving
• Supervising experience with the ability to lead teams effectively on-site
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and best practices in construction site safety
• Ability to interpret project schedules and manage project timelines efficiently
• Skilled in managing budgets, contracts, and project documentation
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and team members

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
