Role Description
The Service Technician/Shop Manager will lead our service department and perform maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting tasks for light construction equipment. Key responsibilities include building an already thriving service and repair business, diagnosing issues, , executing repairs, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring equipment is performing at peak efficiency. This is a full-time, role located in Rock Hill, SC, requiring hands-on work and technical knowledge. Factory Training will be provided including Honda, Husqvarna, Wacker Neuson, and other quality construction equipment brands
Qualifications
- Someone interested in developing our service capabilities and leading a growing service department.
- Proven experience with Maintenance, Repair, and Troubleshooting of construction equipment
- Competency in performing with high attention to detail and timeliness
- Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Mechanical aptitude and experience in equipment-related problem-solving
- Flexibility to adjust to varying job-related needs
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
- Relevant technical certifications or vocational training is an advantage
- Prior experience in the construction equipment industry is a plus
