Job Description
Carolina Construction Products is seeking a full-time window and door service technician. The position is a field service technician that is required to visit residential homes to service installation and/or warranty issues of windows and doors.
Hourly first shift position. Core hours 7 AM – 5 PM with possible overtime and travel. Pay is negotiable based on experience with a full benefits package.

We began in 2009 and have over 40 years of experience in the industry. We focus on the high-end market of Charlotte, Lake Norman and the high country of North Carolina. Qualifications
- Good problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot window and door operation issues
- Knowledge of proper window and door installation
- Knowledge of operation of different types of windows and doors
- Experience in construction and/or building with focus on windows and doors
- Working knowledge of various hand and power tools
- Ability to work in various conditions
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Reliable, independent and self-motivated
- Good communication and listening skills
- Ability to communicate with homeowners and management staff on task requirements and follow up if needed
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Responsible for repairs, replacements, installation and adjustments to windows and doors
- Responsible for repairs and adjustments to window and doors to include sash, glass and grille replacement, minor adjustments to unit for proper operation
- Responsible for documenting service paperwork and identifying if additional items need to be addressed
- Responsible for proper preparation and cleanup of service area
- Responsible to ensure all material needed to complete task is with
- Additional duties as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
