Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures across all areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety guidelines.
- Handle laundry tasks efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens.
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents to clean floors, carpets, surfaces, and appliances effectively.
- Manage manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting of furniture or large items with proper techniques to ensure safety.
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain organized cleaning supplies inventory and ensure all equipment is in good working order for optimal performance.
Experience
- Previous residential cleaning or housekeeping experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Familiarity with janitorial or custodial procedures, including floor care and surface cleaning techniques.
- Experience with outdoor work or outdoor cleaning tasks is a plus.
- Strong time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled appointments.
