What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Case Manager position at Carolina Case Management?
Carolina Case Management is seeking an experienced RN to provide field case management services in the Asheville, NC area. RN or BSN required. 2 years experience in worker’s compensation preferred. Must be certified or have certification eligibility status. CCM certification highly beneficial. Bilingual is a plus.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Client field case management
- Design of injured worker care plan
- Execution of care plan
- Coordinate care services with care providers
