Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Care
Carolina Caring, recognized as a Modern Healthcare Best Place to Work since 2019, is actively seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide exceptional hospice care to patients in the Caldwell County area. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those in our care.
Schedule & Compensation
- Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
- Full-time, salaried position
- Mileage reimbursement
Registered Nurse Responsibilities
- Deliver hospice and palliative care to patients in their homes
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and follow individualized care plans
- Educate patients and families on care processes and symptom management
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
