Carolina Caring is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Master of Social Work (MSW) to join our team, providing vital case management and counseling services to patients, families, and caregivers in their most critical moments. As a Medical Social Worker, you will perform in-depth psychosocial assessments and create tailored care plans in collaboration with our Interdisciplinary Team, ensuring holistic care for our patients. This role will focus on serving home patients in the Iredell County region.
This full-time position offers a Monday-Friday schedule, 8:30 am-5:00 pm, with a competitive benefits package, paid time off, and mileage reimbursement.
