Inpatient Nurse Practitioner – Blue Ridge/UNC
Carolina Caring is seeking an Inpatient Nurse Practitioner to join our Blue Ridge/UNC team. This role is responsible for evaluating, coordinating, and managing patient and caregiver needs to ensure the highest quality of palliative and hospice care.
The Nurse Practitioner provides comprehensive clinical assessments, develops and implements individualized plans of care, and collaborates closely with the interdisciplinary team to enhance comfort, dignity, and quality of life for patients and families.
