Carolina Caring is seeking a compassionate and motivated Director for our Cardinal Kids pediatric program. In this meaningful role, you will make a real difference in the lives of children, families, and our community. You’ll lead the daily operations of the program, support and guide our care teams, and ensure our services meet the highest standards of quality and compassion.
What You’ll Do
You will oversee the program’s clinical and administrative functions, help shape goals and initiatives, and ensure we remain compliant with all regulations. You’ll support staff, collaborate with our interdisciplinary teams, and work closely with community partners to strengthen and grow the Cardinal Kids program. Your leadership will help bring comfort, hope, and exceptional care to the children we serve.
