Role Description Care Professionals at Carolina Care Professionals deliver one-on-one, in-home support to clients, assisting with daily activities such as personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders. They provide companionship, monitor client well-being, and help maintain a safe, comfortable home environment. Care Professionals communicate regularly with families and the care team to report changes in condition and ensure care plans are followed. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chapin, SC, requiring reliable travel to clients’ homes and a commitment to compassionate, person-centered care.
Qualifications

• Ability to provide compassionate, respectful personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with clients, families, and care team members.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to follow individualized care plans and safety protocols.
• Basic skills in meal preparation, light housekeeping, and maintaining a clean, safe home environment.
• Experience in home care, senior care, or a related caregiving setting is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications (CNA, caregiver training) are a plus.
• Ability to work in clients’ homes in Chapin, SC and surrounding areas, including reliable transportation.
• Background check eligibility and authorization to work in the United States.
