Overview
Seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join Carolina Burglar & Fire Alarm. This individual would lead our sales team and accelerate our growth in the residential and commercial security installation marketplace. The Sales Manager would be working directly with ownership to define sales strategies, foster strong client relationships, and drive revenue through innovative business development initiatives.
The Sales Manager would also be responsible for working with the Technician team to coordinate job scheduling. This position requires expertise in outside sales, B2B sales, and management.
Responsibilities
- Have a high level technical understanding of low voltage system to include security systems, CCTV systems, fire systems, and access systems
- Ability to perform simple service and installation tasks for all systems
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed company goals across various markets.
- Serve as an extension of ownership that models Carolina Burglar & Fire Alarm values in and out of the workplace
- Cultivate new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and strategic marketing initiatives
- Manage key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction through effective account management and tailored solutions
- Utilize CRM tools (i.e., Salesforce, GoHighLevel, etc.) to track sales activities, analyze data, and generate insightful reports for decision-making
- Negotiate contracts and proposals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company objectives
- Coordinate all job scheduling
Qualifications
- 2 years technical sales experience preferred
- Strong communication skills (most important qualification)
- People person
- Strong management skills with the ability to lead and develop a diverse sales team
- Excellent negotiation and customer service skills that will build lasting client relationships
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing sales pipelines and analyzing performance metrics
- Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, accountability, and a results-oriented mindset
Pay: $49,694.87 - $59,847.59 per year
