Clinic-Based Therapy

carolinabehavioralaba.com

Our clinic-based model allows BCBAs to spend more time providing meaningful clinical care and less time traveling between clients.

  • Less travel, more clinical time: Most clients receive services within one of our clinic locations, reducing travel between sessions.
  • Collaborative clinical environment: Work alongside experienced BCBAs, RBTs, and clinical supervisors who collaborate, problem-solve, and share expertise.
  • On-site support: Administrators and Clinical Staff is available to provide guidance and assistance with challenging clinical situations and crisis management.
  • Team-centered care: Benefit from a supportive environment where clinicians can consult with one another and work together to achieve meaningful outcomes for clients.

Professional Growth Leadership Development:

We believe great clinicians should have opportunities to continue learning, develop leadership skills, and advance their careers.

  • Receive leadership development in areas such as mentoring RBTs, providing effective feedback, team communication, and managing different personalities and work styles.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities, conferences, and advanced clinical training.
  • Gain exposure to specialized assessments, curricula, and treatment approaches.
  • Receive mentorship and support as you develop your clinical and leadership skills.
  • Explore opportunities for advancement as our organization continues to grow.

Strong Operational Support

Focus on your clients, we’ll help with the administrative work.

Our dedicated scheduling, billing, authorization, intake, and operations teams manage many of the day-to-day administrative responsibilities that can take clinicians away from their clients.

This structure allows our BCBAs to focus more of their time on clinical supervision, caregiver collaboration, treatment planning, staff development, and delivering high-quality ABA services.

Work-Life Balance

We recognize that excellent clinical care requires clinicians who have time for their lives outside of work.

  • Flexible and supportive scheduling
  • No weekend hours
  • Reduce unnecessary travel
  • Individualized support to help create a sustainable schedule

Our goal is to provide an environment where BCBAs can build a rewarding, long-term career without sacrificing their personal and family time.
