Service Technician – Carolina Basement Systems
Location: Winston-Salem, NC
Position Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Based on experience incentives
Schedule: Monday–Friday (occasional weekends as needed)

Job Summary
Carolina Basement Systems is looking for a hands-on, customer-focused Service Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll troubleshoot and resolve issues on previously installed basement, crawl space, and foundation systems. You’ll work directly with homeowners to ensure their homes stay dry, stable, and protected.
What You’ll Do

Perform service checks and warranty work for previous installations

Diagnose and repair waterproofing, crawl space encapsulation, and foundation systems

Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners about service needs and solutions

Provide outstanding customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

Maintain accurate records of service visits, parts used, and recommendations

Work both independently and with a small crew when necessary

Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and job site
What We’re Looking For

Prior experience in construction, repair, HVAC, or related trade preferred

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

Excellent customer service and communication abilities

Ability to lift 50 lbs, work in tight spaces (crawlspaces and basements), and perform physical labor

Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented attitude

Willingness to learn and grow with the company
