What You'll Do
As a Service Technician, you'll serve as a trusted advisor for our customers by delivering exceptional service and ensuring our systems continue to perform at the highest level.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting annual maintenance and service appointments
- Inspecting and evaluating previously installed Healthy Basement Systems solutions
- Building strong relationships with homeowners through professional communication and exceptional service
- Diagnosing issues and recommending appropriate repair or upgrade solutions
- Performing maintenance, repairs, and warranty-related work
- Educating customers on products and services that can further protect their homes
- Following through to ensure complete customer satisfaction

Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a safe driving record
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Minimum 1 year of construction, mechanical, maintenance, or related trade experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
