Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of non-alcoholic beverages including coffee, tea, specialty drinks, and other café offerings with precision and flair
- Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience
- Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including food handling stations, beverage equipment, and dining spaces to meet food safety standards
- Assist in food preparation tasks when needed, ensuring all food safety guidelines are followed
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining quality standards
Experience
- Previous barista experience or food service experience is highly preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
- Experience in beverage service, drink preparation, or café environments is a plus
- Ability to manage time efficiently during high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail
