What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fishing/Bait & Tackle Associate position at Carolina Bait & Tackle?
Retail sales associate positions available for fishing store retailer. Job requires knowledge of the local fishing industry, local lakes, local ponds, rivers etc.. and the knowledge of what to recommend for customers to purchase. Requires experience of Point of Sales systems, shipping and processing orders, and inventory control.
Employees will be responsible for displaying inventory, price tags, restocking shelves, ordering inventory, assisting customers 1 on 1, processing sales and exchanging cash-credit cards through the point of sale terminal as a cashier.
Employees will be handling live fishing bait, worms, eels, etc..
Employees are responsible for cleaning all areas throughout the store, bathrooms, floors, windows, parking lot.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: Up to $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
