What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time Vehicle Registration position at Carolina Auto Auction?

We are looking to add a new member to our growing team. This individual will be responsible for inputting vehicle information accurately.
POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for entry of all vehicles into the inventory system in time for the weekly auction using handheld scanning device and/or AS400 computer system.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the revision of number assignments to equalize lanes.
- Contact dealers for run numbers for inventoried vehicles.
- Participate in the reservation system by assigning numbers via dealer calls.
- Follow through on vehicles for proper placement for the sale.
- Coordinate with other departments regarding vehicle needs/repairs.
- Accurately input vehicle information into handheld device and/or AS400 computer system
- Correctly picture, label, and assign tracking device for dealer units.
- Responsible for coordinating the assignment of numbers from all participants.
- Must be able to work outside
This is a part time position only. Monday 8-5, Tuesday 8-6, Wednesday 7-5
