- Assign reconditioning work orders to vehicles based on client's guidelines.
- Communicate repair recommendations to client based on review of car via written estimates.
- Assign vehicles to the mechanic shop based on client's guidelines regarding certifications and approved repairs.

- Applicants must posses the following.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Comfortable learning and using various job specific computer programs.
- Able to prioritize duties.
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.

- Good computer knowledge, specifically with MS Excel, MS Office, Mitchell
