What are the responsibilities and job description for the Floorplan Admin position at Carolina Auto Auction?
Carolina Auto Auction is a family owned and operated business in Williamston, SC. We have been serving the automobile dealers and finance companies since 1969 and in SC since 1989. We believe in providing a superior customer experience for everyone that walks through our doors. We are one of the largest independent auction in the Southeast United States. Most auto auction are similar but at Carolina Auto Auction we believe that our team of talented individuals is what sets us apart in our industry.
Work with floor plan companies to fund dealer purchases. Process payments from floor plan companies and issue titles once payment is received. You will also be expected to help with other office functions including but not limited to answering phones, taking payment, customer service and cross training.
Your essential functions will include but are not limited to:
- Submit purchases to floor plan companies for funding.
- Process Floor Plan payments.
- Issue titles to floor plan companies once payment is received.
- Maintain confidential information.
- Customer Service

- Ability to organize essential tasks and manage time wisely in a busy work environment.
- Clear and file paperwork
