This internship provides hands-on experience in professional sports sales and game day operations, ideal for students pursuing a career in sports business or ticketing.
Carolina Ascent FC is a proud member of the USL Super League. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Ticket Operations & Box Office Intern to join our growing front office. This internship provides hands-on experience in professional sports sales and game day operations, ideal for students pursuing a career in sports business or ticketing.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate credentialing and access for fans, staff, and media
- Assist operations at the Box Office during gamedays
- Support mobile ticketing and scanning processes at stadium gates
- Help manage ticket inventory across platforms including season, group, and individual ticket categories
Ideal Candidate:
- Pursuing a degree in Sports Management, Business, Marketing, or related field
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, especially on matchdays
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Available to work most home games on schedule
