What You'll Do:
Help customers find exactly what they need (even when they describe it as "that thingy that goes on the whatchamacallit")
Assist customers throughout the store, including Hardware, Lawn & Garden, Paint, and Seasonal departments
Stock shelves and keep merchandise organized
Load products for customers when needed
Operate the cash register and provide excellent customer service
Create a welcoming environment that keeps customers coming back
What We're Looking For:
Friendly, outgoing personality
Reliable and punctual
Willingness to learn about hardware, home improvement, lawn & garden products
Ability to work as part of a team
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the day
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Bonus Points If You:
Have retail experience
Enjoy DIY projects, gardening, grilling, or fixing things
Like helping people and making their day better
Can tell us where the plumbing aisle is without getting lost
