What You'll Do
As an IT Intern, you'll work on meaningful projects and day-to-day technology operations, including:
- Provide technical support to employees and end users
- Configure and deploy Windows computers and mobile devices
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain hardware and software
- Assist with Microsoft 365 administration
- Support user accounts, passwords, and access requests
- Help maintain printers, workstations, and other IT equipment
- Document procedures and technical solutions
- Assist with technology improvement projects
- Learn how enterprise IT supports healthcare and business operations
Depending on your interests and experience, you may also have opportunities to assist with:
- Microsoft 365 and SharePoint
- Network infrastructure
- Cybersecurity best practices
- Systems administration
- Automation and process improvement
IT asset management
We're looking for someone who is:
- Currently enrolled in a degree or certificate program in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field
- Curious and eager to learn
- Dependable and professional
- Friendly and comfortable helping people with technology
- Able to troubleshoot problems logically
- A strong communicator who enjoys working as part of a team
