CARNOVA LLC is looking for a motivated Bilingual (English/Spanish) Automotive Sales Associate to join our team in Dallas, TX.
This is a high-energy, fast-paced dealership. We're looking for someone who is driven, dependable, and ready to help customers while earning excellent income. Car buyers rarely arrive wearing signs that say "I'm ready to purchase today," so consistent follow-up is part of the job.
Requirements
- Bilingual (English & Spanish)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated and reliable
- Comfortable working with performance-based pay
- Daily follow-up with leads and customers
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Responsibilities
- Respond to leads from Facebook Marketplace, Cars.com, CarGurus, and other platforms
- Assist customers in person, by phone, text, and email
- Help customers complete financing applications
- Follow up consistently until the sale is completed
- Work with the sales team to move inventory quickly
- Maintain a professional customer experience
Compensation
- $400 weekly guaranteed draw (salary)
- Plus commission on every sale
- Earn $400 per financed deal
- Earn $200-$300 per cash deal
- Monthly performance bonuses
- Unlimited earning potential
Successful sales associates can earn $60,000-$100,000 per year, depending on performance.
