We are looking for a Residential Real Estate Agent to focus on the Mini-Cassia area who is hungry to grow, committed to excellence, and excited to serve both buyers and sellers at a high level. What You’ll Do
- Represent residential buyers and sellers through all phases of the transaction
- Build and maintain relationships through authentic connection and consistent follow-up
- Prospect and generate business through community involvement, networking, referrals, and sphere engagement
- Deliver proactive communication and high-touch client service
- Conduct consultations, pricing discussions, showings, negotiations, and contract execution
- Collaborate closely with our listing coordinator and transaction coordinator
- Participate in team meetings, coaching opportunities, and training sessions
- Contribute to team marketing and community events
- Maintain strong CRM habits and consistent daily activity
- Continue developing market expertise and professional skills
Team Support You’ll ReceiveYou focus on relationships—we’ll help support the operations.
As part of the Carney Real Estate Team, you’ll receive:
- Dedicated listing coordination support
- A transaction coordinator partnering with you on every transaction
- Coaching, mentorship, and training opportunities from across the team

Compensation
This is a commission-based position designed for individuals who want to build a meaningful career and grow their income through consistent effort and excellent service.
Expected first-year earnings are approximately $70,000–$100,000, with income growth opportunities increasing as transaction volume, client relationships, and business generation expand.
As part of a team structure:
- Compensation includes a team commission split
- Standard brokerage fees apply
- In return, agents receive operational support, marketing investment, transaction coordination, listing coordination, coaching, training, and shared brand exposure that reduces administrative burden and supports faster growth

Requirements
- Active Idaho Real Estate License (or ability to obtain one)
