You’ll be a go-to partner across campaign planning, client conversations, creative production, forecasting, and execution — always looking for ways to make the work run better.
What You’ll Own
- Campaign Leadership & Client Partnership
- Manage the operational side of assigned client accounts, from onboarding through launch and ongoing optimization
- Work with Digital Strategists on campaign planning, onboarding, asset collection, launch readiness, and changes — bringing a solid grasp of media planning to make sure execution gets done right
- Serve as a trusted client contact for campaign operations — co-lead onboarding calls, coordinate logistics, and answer day-to-day operational questions directly
- Keep communication flowing between strategists, specialized media teams, creative, vendors, and clients
- Media Planning & Strategic Support
- Partner directly with Digital Strategists on media planning
- Coordinate recommendations from specialized teams and add operational insight on budgets, timelines, and how plans will actually run
- Make moderate-to-complex updates to media plans and planning docs, keeping everything aligned with strategy
- Support forecasting, opportunity fund management, pacing updates, and budget adjustments throughout each campaign
- Campaign Operations
- Own execution across campaign setup, trafficking coordination, launch readiness, creative refreshes, vendor-managed campaigns, landing page production, and tracking implementation
- Keep assets, targeting, tracking, creative, and documentation accurate and aligned with strategy throughout the campaign
- Manage forecasting activities and coordinate launch timelines across several client engagements at once
- Operational Excellence
- Spot ways to improve workflows, documentation, communication, and coordination
- Help onboard and mentor Media Operations Associates
- Contribute to process improvements, AI-enabled workflows, and operational best practices for the department
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 4–6 years in digital media operations, campaign management, media planning support, or digital marketing
- Agency experience strongly preferred
- Experience supporting media planning, forecasting, and client-facing campaign management preferred
- Strong organizational and project management skills — you can run multiple client engagements at once without dropping the ball
- Clear writer and communicator, comfortable leading discussions with clients and presenting recommendations
- Able to juggle competing priorities without sacrificing quality or missing deadlines
- Solid understanding of digital media planning, budgeting, forecasting, and campaign execution
- Working knowledge of digital advertising platforms, measurement, and campaign implementation
- Comfortable using project management tools, AI-enabled workflows, and other tech to work more efficiently
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for untangling complex campaign logistics
