Carnegie Search is working with a well-known Engineering Sales firm that is looking for a Project Administrator to join their team in Knoxville!
This position plays a crucial role in streamlining processes for the company's sales force. Responsibilities will involve drafting quotes for industrial equipment and projects, updating and maintaining databases and systems, and ensuring deadlines are met.
The company has been in business for nearly 80 years and this is a great opportunity to join an energetic and fun team!

Responsibilities
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop estimates and prepare bid packages
- Update and maintain Quoting software and other internal databases
- Manage communications and deliverables from all stakeholders for project
- Track project accomplishments and deadlines
- Establish partnerships cross-functionally as necessary to ensure project success
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with AccuQuote is a plus
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite
