Education and Physical Requirements:
Must have the physical ability to sit, stand, and/or walk for long periods of time, and to bend, stoop, climb, crouch, kneel, reach and other such activity frequently or as needed.
Physical ability to lift, move and carry light loads (10-20 pounds), and push and pull heavy book trucks (50 pounds).
Work environment involves everyday risks or discomforts, which require normal safety precautions typical of such places as public spaces, offices or meeting rooms, e.g., use of safe workplace practices with office equipment, and/or avoidance of trips and falls.

Education and Physical Requirements:
- High school diploma or G.E.D.;
- Three or more years of data entry experience; copy-cataloging experience preferred;
- Monitors, reviews and updates bibliographic records input into the OCLC and Sierra databases;
- Reviews for duplicate records and cataloging errors, correcting when necessary;
- Maintains bibliographic holdings in OCLC, updating holding statements;
- Assists with authority cleanup work when and if assigned;
- Maintains statistics on record loads and record cleanup;
- May be assigned special cleanup projects as appropriate;
- Serve on work groups and/or committees when assigned;
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Knowledge of standard library automations system; knowledge of Sierra and OCLC preferred;
- Ability to analyze, prepare and monitor statistical data;
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team;
- Ability to work across organizational boundaries to affect a productive and collegial work environment;
- Knowledge of electronic resources, including the internet;
- Detail Orientation;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Strong customer service focus;
- Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams;
- Familiarity with MARC records, Library of Congress cataloging practice and authority control preferred.
