CFP® / Sr. Relationship Manager
We are seeking an experienced Senior Relationship Manager with CFP® certification to join our Pittsburgh office. This client-facing role will involve managing client relationships while delivering comprehensive financial planning and wealth management services. The ideal candidate will bring established expertise and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of client relationships, serving as the primary advisor
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans for high-net-worth individuals and families
- Lead client meetings and effectively communicate complex financial strategies
- Provide proactive wealth management advice on retirement planning, tax strategies, estate planning, and risk management
- Monitor and adjust financial plans as client needs and market conditions evolve
Qualifications
- CFP® certification required
- 5 years of financial planning experience, preferably in a client-facing role
- Proven track record of managing client relationships successfully
- Strong technical knowledge of financial planning, tax strategies, and investment principles
- Experience with high-net-worth clientele preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
- Proficiency with financial planning software and CRM systems
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or additional certifications (CFA, etc.) a plus
