What We’re Looking For:
- Outgoing, service-oriented individuals with strong customer service skills
- Team players who thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Confident communicators with a positive attitude and a passion for sales
- Dependable and professional, especially during busy weekends and mandatory holidays
- Willingness to cross-train as a bartender for additional opportunities and skill development
- Proficiency with POS systems, and basic math skills
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective guest interactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detai
- Knowledge of upselling techniques to increase sales
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older for both Server and Gaucho positions
- Prior restaurant experience is a plus, but not required — we provide full training!
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately whilst also being suggestive
- Deliver orders promptly and ensure accuracy
- Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance guest experience
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitize work areas
- Assist in opening and closing duties as required
