Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role located in San Jose, CA. As a Salesperson at Carnamic, your day-to-day responsibilities include assisting customers in finding the right vehicle for their needs, explaining product features and financing options, and closing sales to achieve individual and team sales targets. You will also follow up with potential and existing clients to build relationships, address questions, and foster long-term customer satisfaction. Your role will require collaboration with team members and active participation in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and performance.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and sales skills, including communication, negotiation, and customer service
- Proficiency in understanding and explaining product features, financing options, and purchase processes
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships, including follow-up and providing exceptional after-sales service
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with strong organization and time management abilities
- Basic computer skills; familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field is a plus, but not required
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, to accommodate customer schedules
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
