Front Office Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients with a warm, friendly attitude
Schedule and manage patient appointments
Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries
Assist with insurance verification and basic insurance processing
Maintain accurate patient records
Coordinate patient flow and support the doctor during busy times
Keep the front desk organized and running efficiently
Collect payments and process transactions
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous chiropractic, medical, or healthcare office experience
Experience with insurance verification and billing (preferred)
Strong organization and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
