What You'll Do:

  • Lead and inspire a team of line and prep cooks, helping them grow into future culinary leaders.
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring every dish meets Carmine's high standards.
  • Jump in wherever needed—expediting, purchasing, prepping, and more.
  • Maintain quality, consistency, and taste while managing food costs.
  • Train staff on recipes, portion control, sanitation, and kitchen best practices.
  • Support a culture of excellence, teamwork, and guest satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

  • Prior experience as a Kitchen Manager or Lead Line Cook in a high-volume setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Deep knowledge of food prep techniques and health department regulations.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure.
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Familiarity with restaurant financials, scheduling, and labor management.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills.
  • English communication skills required.
  • Open availability for various shifts.
