Duties
- Assist with talent acquisition processes
- Support employee evaluation and performance management initiatives to promote continuous development and engagement
- Contribute to HR projects involving policies.
- Manage benefits administration tasks such as PTO hours and benefits.
- Facilitate employee relations by addressing inquiries, assisting with conflict management, and supporting HR legal compliance efforts in employment law and labor regulations
Qualifications
- Proven experience in human resources management or HR department roles with familiarity in employment & labor law, affirmative action planning, and regulatory compliance management
- Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies, employee orientation procedures, performance management systems, and pay data search.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations effectively; experience with conflict management is a plus
- Ability to respond to calls and emails on a timely manner.
- Must provide confidentiality in all areas related to company matters.
- This is a remote position that also requires site visit at times or when needed by staff.
