Duties
- Prepare and assemble high-quality pizzas and related menu items following established recipes and food safety standards
- Serve customers with enthusiasm, showcasing menu items to enhance their experience and increase sales
- Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the truck’s food prep area, dining space, and equipment in compliance with health regulations
- Assist with food handling tasks such as stocking supplies, bussing tables, and ensuring proper food storage practices
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging guests positively, answering questions about menu options, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their visit
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or the food industry is highly preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
- Strong skills in food preparation, handling, sanitation, and safety protocols
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently
- Must have a clean driving Record to drive vehicles, additional opportunities without needing to drive.
