Carmella's Charleston is a high volume production kitchen, seeking a pastry professional to work with a great team of highly motivated, talented individuals. Job requirements include a great attitude, awesome work ethic, and care for the highest quality product available in the Charleston market.
This position may include bread making, cake mixing and baking, frosting and filling cakes, and production of various other pastries and savory items. Our kitchen emphasizes volume production rather than plated desserts. Professionals seeking employment with us should anticipate working in that kind of environment.
