Summary
Job Overview: The Executive Admin Assistant will provide administrative support to the Managing Director at Carmel Valley Ranch along with supporting the Guest Services Team.
Essential Physical Abilities:
- Remain in stationary position for a maximum eight hours (excluding meal and rest breaks) throughout work shift.
- Repetitive hand motion (typing) for extended periods of time.
Essential Job Functions:
- Assists the Managing Director in the overall administrative duties of the GM’s Office which can include GM Scheduling.
- Assists the Guest Services department in the overall operations
- Assists with Amenity Card procedures
- Assists with the Guest Services shared inbox- responding and coordinating the inbox
- Assists with the overall operations of the Guest Services department- gathering and coordinating 3rd party amenities, communication with guests and internal departments.

Strong organizational skills- this will include organizing various email inboxes, calendars and bulletin boards.
Desirable:- Interest in a hospitality work environment.
- Knowledgeable in the operation of various types of office equipment.
- Previous GS experience
- Previous Executive Admin experience
