What are the responsibilities and job description for the 1947 Grill Line Cook position at Carmel Country Club?
Responsibilities include:
- Consistently prepare and cook food items to the highest standards of taste, appearance, and timing.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of assigned stations in compliance with health regulations.
- Ensure proper storage, rotation, and labeling of food items per HACCP and club standards.
- Keep station organized and communicate needs clearly to team members and supervisors.
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment such as fryers, broilers, ovens, and mixers.
- Assist with daily ingredient preparation and menu execution during service and events.
- Contribute to daily specials and menu development under the direction of the Sous or Executive Chef.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Minimum of 1-2 years of cooking experience; culinary degree preferred
*Team members are required to work evenings, holidays and weekends on a consistent basis.
