Position Summary:
We are seeking an efficient and detail-oriented Maintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO) Coordinator to support day-to-day facility operations. This role is responsible for executing inventory control activities, supporting preventive maintenance programs, and maintaining material readiness through effective use of the CMMS (Eptura) system.
The position partners closely with maintenance, facilities, and procurement teams to ensure uninterrupted operations by driving inventory accuracy, material availability, and continuous improvement in MRO processes.
Reports to: Purchasing Manager
Functional Responsibilities:
- Material planning – MRO
- Ensure efficient material flow from receipt through storage to point-of-use availability
- Work with Purchasing Associate and assist in maintaining item master data, reorderpoints, and inventory parameters.
- Perform cycle count as needed
- Ensure accurate transactions, inventory movements, and system data integrity
- Monitor stock levels and adjust based on Maintenance/Facilities demand and usage trends.
- Assist in tracking MRO spend and identifying savings opportunities
- Support cost control efforts by maintaining appropriate inventory levels and reducing excess/obsolete stock
- Ensure adherence to procurement policies and facility safety standards
- Preventive Maintenance (Eptura CMMS System)
- Enter PM work order details into the CMMS and maintain accurate maintenance and asset data within Eptura. Manage PM work order cycle and maturity.
- Acknowledge and assign Work Requests from other departments as Work Orders to Maintenance or Facilities department.
- Develop, implement, and maintain a PM work scheduling system.
- Support preventive maintenance (PM) programs by ensuring required parts and materials are available ahead of scheduled work (Facility and Maintenance)
- Work closely with maintenance teams to align material readiness with PM schedules
- Support corrective maintenance by expediting critical parts when needed
- Help minimize downtime by ensuring fast and reliable access to MRO material
- Asset documentation and creation management within CMMS system
- Operations Support:
- Track and analyze operations metrics specific to the manufacturing processes to drive efficiency and productivity improvements.
- Perform data extraction from CMMS (Eptura) and other databases for operational analysis and reporting
- Performs administrative tasks as needed to support operations and facilities. Including but not limited to the following examples: document revisions, report generating, small continuous improvement projects.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:Required Experience, Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Proficient computer skills – Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint; ability and desire to develop new skills quickly
- Experience and/or knowledge of utilizing a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) and ERP system are a plus; experience with Eptura modules preferred
- Strong decision-making skills, verbal and written communication skills, and attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of accuracy
- Interpersonal skills to work constructively in a team environment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
- Self-directed with the ability to meet established deadlines. Previous experience in operations support or related roles within a manufacturing environment, preferred
Educational Qualifications:
Associates degree preferred OR equivalent work experience
