What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dog treat and cake baker/decorator position at Carm's Dog House?
Duties:
- Create and decorate small dog cakes according to customer requests and specifications
- Use various tools and techniques to apply icing, frosting, and other decorations
-Measure ingredients, mix doughs, rollout and cut into cookies shapes
- Follow recipes and guidelines to ensure consistent quality and presentation
-Use large mixers and cookie machines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience as a cake decorator or home baking skills are preferred
- Knowledge of different cake decorating techniques and styles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong creativity and artistic skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
