✔ Provide direct nursing care to residents

✔ Administer medications and treatments

✔ Monitor resident conditions and communicate with the care team

✔ Supervise and support CNA staff

✔ Ensure residents receive the compassionate, high-quality care they deserve

Current LPN license in good standing

A compassionate nurse who truly cares about residents

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Long-term care experience is a plus, but not required

Supportive leadership and strong teamwork
