DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB
- Job Title: Data Entry Specialist
- Location: Northwest, Houston
- Pay: $20
- Hours: M-F 8am - 5pm
- Duration: Temp to hire
- Description of Duties:
- Enter and maintain Material Test Reports (MTR) and Original Mill Certification (OMC) information with precision into the Epicor ERP system, review and validate incoming material data against original documentation to ensure complete accuracy, retrieve, update, and share information from electronic databases. Organize and file paperwork electronically and manually, and communicate effectively with multiple departments.
- Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience with Epicor ERP or other enterprise systems preferred, computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel, and attention to detail. Familiarity with MTR and OMC documentation. Basic understanding of ASTM and ASME material specifications is a plus.
