What we are hiring for:

Schedule: Full Time, Sunday-Thursday | 10pm-6am

Pay Range: $18-$20/hour with differential pay

What You’ll Do:

• Work on a team of Overnight Supervisors during the overnight shift to assist our residents with activities of daily living that can include continence care, showering, grooming, transfer assistance, and medication assistance.
• Monitor and report changes in resident care plans to management.
• Oversees the safety and security of the building and residents as a whole.
• Is the first point of contact for resident/family concerns, emergencies, and managers.
• Document care accurately using company-provided devices and follow individual care plans.
• Support safety protocols, emergency plans, and elopement prevention practices.
• Foster a warm, collaborative atmosphere with residents, families, and team members.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least twenty-one (21) years or older, per Title 22 requirements
• Prior caregiving and/or medication experience preferred but not required – we will train the right candidate!

Salary : $18 - $20
