Duties
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records.
- create and prepare travelers, job packets, or workflow documents as needed.
- Draft and send professional emails on behalf of the team as needed.
- Handle order management for materials. Including tracking, logging and follow-ups.
- Complete assigned tasks promptly and with attention to detail.
- Provide customer service to clients, vendors and internal team members.
- Assist with general office duties and organization tasks.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills. Both written and verbal
- Polite, well-tempered and professional demeaner when interacting with others.
- Highly organized with good time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Problem-solving skills and willingness to ask when needed.
- Comfortable with standard office software. (email, spreadsheets, etc.)
