What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Carlton Management LLC?
We are looking for a thorough Maintenance Technician to perform day to day maintenance and repairs at an apartment complex. You will perform maintenance tasks of great variety such as painting, plumbing, light electrical, manual repairs etc. The goal is to maintain the buildings and common areas in the best possible condition. Must be able to for rotating on-call, for after hours emergencies.

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
