Are you a customer-focused sales professional who enjoys helping people find a place to call home? We are seeking an energetic, motivated, and service-oriented Leasing Consultant to join our apartment community in Rochester, NY.
As the first point of contact for prospective residents, you'll play a key role in creating a positive leasing experience, building relationships, and helping maintain a thriving community. If you enjoy sales, customer service, and working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Welcome prospective residents and help them find the apartment that best fits their needs.
- Conduct apartment and community tours in a professional, friendly, and knowledgeable manner.
- Respond promptly to phone, email, and online inquiries.
- Present available apartment homes and community amenities.
- Process rental applications, credit reports, lease agreements, and lease renewals.
- Maintain accurate records of prospect traffic and leasing activity.
- Support marketing and outreach initiatives to drive occupancy and community awareness.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents.
- Receive resident service requests and coordinate work orders with the Maintenance team.
- Ensure compliance with all Fair Housing laws and company policies.
What We're Looking For

- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations preferred.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in leasing and property management preferred.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
