Carlton Fields is seeking a Hospitality Coordinator for its Tampa office.
A hospitality coordinator's duties may include, but are not limited to the following:
Prepare conference rooms for meetings and clean conference rooms following meetings
Greet catering vendors and assist with setting up conf. rooms for breakfast or luncheon meetings
Ensure the coffee areas and employee lounge are set up with daily supplies and supplies stocked in an organized manner
Maintain the cleanliness of the coffee areas throughout the day
Inventory, order and stock supplies for conference rooms, coffee areas and the employee lounge
Assist with setting up for firm Receptions and with the following clean-up
Maintain positive relations with caterers and supplies vendors
Assist with Reception relief as needed
Assist with Office Services support as needed
Actual salaries will vary depending upon various factors, including relevant experience and skillset. The salary range listed is just one component of the Carlton Fields total compensation package for employees. Other monetary rewards include annual discretionary bonuses based on performance and profit-sharing contributions based on eligibility and firm profitability.
