We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Property Manager. In this role, you will assist the Property Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties. The ideal candidate will have experience in property management and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
```Responsibilities```
- Assist the Property Manager in managing all aspects of property operations
- Handle tenant inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Conduct property tours and show available units to prospective tenants
- Assist with lease administration, including lease renewals, move-ins, and move-outs
- Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely completion of repairs - Assist with rent collection and delinquency management
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards
- Maintain accurate records of all property-related transactions and activities
```Experience```
- Previous experience in property management or related field preferred
- Knowledge of leasing procedures, fair housing laws, and Section 8 regulations
- Strong administrative skills, including data entry and record keeping
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to upsell additional services to tenants
- Familiarity with property management software such as CMMS or AppFolio is a plus.
